Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process and ship. (Not including holidays or weekends)

Once your shipping label is printed you will receive an email with the tracking number.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Nails by Jayliana, LLC does not offer returns or exchanges for any products after purchase.

In the case of a product delivered damaged or wrong products sent as long as we receive a picture proof via email or direct message (@NailsbyJayliana) we have no problem fixing it.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once Package is marked delivered Nails by Jayliana, LLC is not responsible for any STOLEN packages. After your package is shipped from our facility we can not provide a refund. If your package was LOST in transit it is your responsibility to file a claim through USPS & provide us with a case number we will re-send your order at no extra cost.
